Revision 1, Core Surveillance Report, Cycle S/ North Anna Power Station, Unit No. 2 (NA-2)

By letter dated May 22, 1986 (Serial No.86-279), the Virginia Electric and Power Company submitted Revision 1 to the Core Surveillance Report, Cycle 5, for NA-2. As provided for in the NA-2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.7, such reports can become effective for use during power operation of NA-2 in less than the usually required 60 days if so approved by Commission letter.

We have reviewed your revised Core Surveillance report, Cycle 5, for NA-2, and we find it to be acceptable. Therefore, your Revision 1, Core Surveillance Report, Cycle 5, for NA-2 becomes effective on the date of issuance of this letter.
