STATUS OF CURRENTLY ACTIVE GENERIC LETTERS In an effort to keep the Executive Team (ET) fully informed on the status of all ongoing generic communications, we have prepared the attached table showing the currently active generic letters. Please review and update the table for all generic letters for which your division is responsible. If there are additional generic letters or bulletins you are working on, please add these as well, noting if they have or have not received ET agreement. Following receipt of your update, we will finalize the table and forward it to the ET for their information.
We plan to then brief the ET on the status of the outstanding generic letters and will arrange for more detailed briefs on individual generic letters by the cognizant technical staff if the ET expresses a need for them. We will keep you informed of the timing and outcome of our briefing and of the need to prepare for follow-up ET briefings.
Our current plans are to regularly update the attached table and forward it the ET for their information. We have not yet determined an appropriate frequency for these updates. Also, we have not assembled a similar table for Information Notices. We will discuss this process with the ET at the upcoming brief.
