During the period from February 6,1987, to March 6,1987, members of the NRC
Region I staff conducted routine safety inspection activities at your facility.
The results of these inspections are documented in the enclosed report. At the
conclusion of the inspection, Mr.
D.
Johnson of my staff summarized the
inspection findings with you and other members of your staff.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations of regulatory regulations
were identified. No written response on this matter is required.
This letter acknowledges the receipt of your letter, dated February 3,1987,
which responded to the Notice of Violation in Inspection Report No. 50-289/
86-19.
The corrective actions taken and which will be taken to correct the
violation are acceptable. As discussed at the exit meeting and in paragraph 6
of the enclosed report, the NRC staff suggests that you clarify your technical
specification terminology to be consistent with your response letter.
