We have received your letter to the Secretary's Office of October if, 1988 and its enclosed photographs, and the additional photographs provided on October 19, 1983.
I have been asked to provide a response to your concerns steming from the October 14, 1988 Comission meeting on the proposed restart of Pilgrim Nuclear Power Strition.
On October 14, 1988 Chairman Zech personally responded to Mr. Peter Agnes regarding his expulsion from the Comission meeting that day.
I have enclosed a copy of the Chainnan's letter.
You may also note that Mr. Agnes has been provided the opportunity for further discussion with the NRC staff on his and other differing views on the testimony presented to the Commission.
Accordingly, you may wish to provide Mr. Agnes with your concerns.
In addition, the information you provided has beer, directed to the staff for consideration during their review activities.
