Dear Board Members:

As Representative for the Town of Seabrook in the New Hampshire Legislature, I am writing to formally protest your plan to hold the Offsite Hearings for the Seabrook Nuclear Plant in Concord, New Hampshire.

makeIitcan not understand why you are going to such great lengths to inconvenient for those most directly affected by the deliberations before your Board to attend the hearings. In New Hampahire, we have a tradition of democracy and open government.

I am asking you to reconsider your decision and move the hearings to a suitable facility within 10 miles of the Seabrook plant. I offer my assistance in locating a site.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely, obert . C shing, Jr.
