Dear Dr. Erickson:
in accordance with the letter dated March 31,1999, from E. Boeldt, Manager of Radiation Protection at Pennsylvania State University, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-95 is hereby amended to state th( authorized use and place of use for the material specified in Condition 6.H. Accordingly, License Condition 9 is revised to include the following statement: "The material specified in Cbndition 6.H shall be used at University Park, Pennsylvania" and License Condition 10 is revised to include the material specified in Condition 6.H.
All other Conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of License SNM-95 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
