f; Attachgent to TXX-99094 Pige 1 of 1 TU ELECTRIC COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION - UNIT 2 SPECIAL REPORT NO.1-SR-99-001-00 UNIT 2, FOURTH REFUELING OUTAGE STEAM GENERATOR INSERVICE INSPECTION TUBE PLUGGING This letter provides the inservice inspection (ISI) Special Report on the steam generator tube ISI for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station's fourth refueling outage (2RF04) on Unit 2. This report is being provided to you pursuant to CPSES Technical Specifications 4.0.6.5a and 6.9.2.

I Steam Generators 1,2,3 and 4 were inspected during 2RF04. The examinations were complete on April 9,1999. The number of tubes plugged during this outage in each steam generator is as follows:

CPSES Unit 2 Steam Generator No.1: One (1)

CPSES Unit 2 Steam Generator No. 2: Zero (0)

CPSES Unit 2 Steam Generator No. 3: Zero (0)

CPSES Unit 2 Steam Generator No. 4: Four (4)

Additional details on the plugged tubes and inspection effort will be provided in the 12-month report pursuant to CPSES Technical Specification 4.0.6.5.b.
