This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by site inspectors from Sep-
tember 10 to October 8,1988, of activities authorized by NRC License No. DPR-73
and to discussions of our findings held by Mr D. Johnson of our office with
Mr. G. Kuehn and other members of your staff on October 11, 1988.
Based on results of this inspection, no violations were identified. During this '
inspection period, twenty-two open issues were closed from the NRC list of open
inspection items. This process of review and disposition of other unresolved items
will continue during the next inspection period.
No response to this report is required unless there are misunderstandings in the
accuracy of the documentation.
