Pursuant to 10CFR 50.54(p), please find attached five (5) copies oP Revision 5 to the Oconee Nuclear Station Training and Qualification Plan.
Revision 5 was developed to address organizational changes, Duke Power Company Fitness for Duty Program and a change in the Glossary of Terms.
Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment. Revision 5 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Oconee Nuclear Station Training and Qualification Plan.
Even though this plan continues to be Nonclassified as " Safeguards Information" under 10CFR 73.21, Duke requests that this material be handled as " Security Related Nonclassified" and be withheld from public disclosure.
