this office on September 26-30, 1988, of activities authorized by NRC
License Nos. OpR-21, DPR-65, and NPF-49 at Millstone Nuclear Station and
to the discussions of our findings held by Dr. J. Jang with Mr. H. Haynes

and others of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
