A routine, announced, safety inspection of your emergency preparedness program
was conductvd by Mr. C. Amato of this office on August 22-25, 1938 at the
Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Waterford, Connecticut,
Discussion of
our findings was held by Mr. Amato with your staff at the conclusion rf the
inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I report
which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspaction
consisted of selective examination of procedures and representative records,
inspection of emergency response facilities, interviews with personnel and
observations of the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
No reply to this letter is indicated. Your cooperation with us in this matter
is appreciated.
