Thank you for your response of April 10, 1986, to our request for responses
to Inspector Followup Items issued on March 10, 1986, concerning activities
conducted at.your Vogtle facility under NRC Construction Permit Nos. CPPR-108.
We have evaluated your responses and found that they are acceptable. We will
examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future
inspections.
Your response on April 8,1986, to our Notice of Violation issued on March 10,
1986, was previously evaluated and found to be acceptable as stated in our
letter issued on April 23, 1986.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
