By memorandum dated August 29, 1996, the Office of Investigations has forwarded their Report of Interview of the above subject to Region III and a copy is enclosed for evaluation by your staff. After review DRS should~ notify the OAC of its readiness to convene an Allegation Review Board (ARB) within 30-days of the date of this memorandum..At the ARB the Division should be prepared to discuss its decision whether further 01 involvement is requested and if so at what priority, ie... High, Normal, or Low.
