Dear Dr. Grace:
Thank you so much for accepting our invitation to present our newly licensed reactor operators their license certificstes. We consider the achievement of an operator license a significant accomplishment and feel it is appropriate that special recognition be given to these employees.
The award dinner will be held at the Blockade Runner Hotel at Wrightsville Beach (approximately 8 miles f om. Wilmington) commencing at 7:00 PM with a social, followed by dinner end the license certificate presentation.
Mr. Sherwood Smith, Jr., and Mr. Utley will also be in attendance.
The NRC resident inspectors are being invited and we would welcome any member of your staff you'd care to have attend also.
Should you elect to have members of your staff accompany you, please have your secretary notify my secretary (Ms. Cheryl Hayes, 919-457-2470) as to who will be coming so they may be included in our arrangements.
