- DOCKET N05. 50-321 AND 50-366 This refers to the meeting conducted at your request, in the Region II Office on April 22, 1986.

This meeting was held to discuss a proposed 10 CFR 50.54(p) change to the Hatch Physical Security Plan.

It was our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and has provided a better understanding of the forthcoming plan changes.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of NRC's " Rules of Practice," Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.

Georgia Power Company (GPC)

Facility:

Hatch License Nos.: DPR-57 and NPF-5 On April 22, 1986, members of the NRC Region II staff and representatives of Georgia Power Company met to discuss two proposed changes to the Hatch Physical Security Plan involving the security computer systems and the security organiza-tion structure.

The licensee advised that in addition to the initial changes, they have contracted with a consultant to do a thorough review and rewrite of the Security Plan. They anticipate completion in early Summer 1986.
