On January 29, 1987, we informed you of an allegation Region III received-concerning an individual who reported to the site after allegedly having consumed alcohol. We requested that you review this matter and inform Region III of its disposition.
On February 19, 1987, you submitted to us a letter which described Toledo Edison Company's review and disposition of the allegation.

your policy.and practices addressed the specific area of concern involving.the fitness for duty of both managers and employees during " call in" situations.
Your staff followed that policy. We' therefore concur with your conclusions.
