CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS - V0GTLE - DOCKET N0. 50-424 This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. G. F. Trudeau of your staff and Mr. E. F. Christnot of my staff on April 16, 1986, concerning a management meeting to be conducted at the Region II Office on May 5,1986, at 12:30 p.m.
Mr. Trudeau requested this meeting to present the following Georgia Power Company's Module No.18A, " Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning"; Module No. 20, " Instrumentation and Controls"; and Appendix J, " Equipment Qualification" for your Vogtle facility to the NRC for review.
A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
