. Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. C. A. Hackney and J. B. Baird
of this office during the period March 10-14, 1986, of activities authorized by
NRC Operating License NPF-42 for Wolf Creek Generating Station, and to the
discussion of our findings with you and members of your staff at the conclusion
of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection included changes to the emergency prepared-
ness program, knowledge and performance of duties, and review of the emergency
preparedness program.
The inspection consisted of selective review of the
emergency plan, emergency plan procedures, personnel training records, document
control procedures, licensing documents and procedures.
These findings are
documented in the enclosed inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified.
