BTATUS (.1 pere 4 serre, oNr aroratsr e erwf sherrepreal On June 7,1984 this investigation was opened after a former QC inspector alleged the Fabrication Shop personnel upgrades classes of material to fill an order if material requested was not available. As an example, craft personnel in the Fabrication Shop will look for material requested on drawing, and if it cannot be found, they will substitute a similar looking material.
The material will be stamped ~by craft personnel with a number that corresponds to drawings. The alleger stated that this stamp looks different than de vendor stamps.
