A routine inspection was conducted on Mar,:1 24-27, 1986, by Ms. Jean A. Cioffi
of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Plant, related to the implementation of
radiological controls during the piping replacement outage. This inspection
identified one violation:
failure to adhere to the RWP procedure A.P. 0502.
However, the inspector determined that this violation meets the criteria
established in 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C, Section V.A for licensee identified
violations. Therefore, no citation will be made at this time.
Within the scope of this inspection, no additional violations or deviations
were observed.
