We have received a copy of your application dated January 30, 1987, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. This application requests review of Revision 3 to the River Bend Station Pump and Valve Inservice Testing Plan.
The fee required-pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $150 for your January 30, 1927 request. Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your applica-tion in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
