We have received a copy of your application dated February 12, 1987, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application requests approval of an emergency Technical Specification Change on Moderator Temperature Coefficient at the Waterford Steam Electric Station Unit No. 3.
