On February 19, 1987, our office sent your Company a letter requesting a

$150 application fee for your January 7,1987 application regarding relief from certain segments of the ASME Code for the Zion Nuclear Power Station. On March 17, 1987,.we received Check No. 0043899 in the amount of $150 dated March 10, 1987, with a transmittal letter dated March 10, 1987, for the January 7,1987 application. . On March 18, 1987, we received another $150 Check (No. 0040728) dated February 13, 1987, for this application. This check was transmitted with a copy of the March 10, 1987 letter.

In a March 19, 1987 telephone conversation between Ms. Lelia Ryeback of your office and Ms. Terry Schultze of our office, Ms. Ryeback agreed to our applying Check No. 0040728 to a La Salle application dated September 17, 1986, on Pump and Valve Inservice Testing Plan for which a fee was requested February 5,1987. This letter is to confirm that telephone conversation. I hope this transaction meets with your approval.
