This letter is in response to your request for additional information (TAC NO. h188345) dated July 20,1998. Additional information and various changes are enclosed to supplement our facility license submittal on N1 arch 12,1999. Enclosed are the following attachments:
- 1. Appendix 4a to the SAR. No new information is presented here, however the section has been reformatted to provide additional clarity.
- 2. The Radiation Protection Program has been changed in accordance with NRC questions of July 20,1998. This document had been previously omitted from our htarch 12 submittal.
- 3. Page 8 of the facility Emergency Plan. Please replace your copy with the enclosed page 8. Out-dated references to NRC Region IV have been deleted.
- 4. Page 1 of the facility Requalification Plan. Please replace your copy with the enclosed page 1. Additional reference to 10 CFR 55.21 has been included.
