50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of revised pages to our May 25, 1984 request (TVA SQN TS 54) for an amendment to licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79, to change the technical specifications of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2 (enclosure).
These revisions respond to comments from your staff in a December 16, 1985 telephone conversation. The revised pages provide additional guidance on performance of the seal leak rate test on containment air lock doors.
These revised pages have been evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92.
The justification for the. proposed technical specification changes and the significant hazards consideration determination enclosed with the May 25, 1984 submittal remain applicable.
A check for the $150 amendment fee required by 10 CFR 170.12 was enclosed with the submittal.
