APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING' LICENSE Pursuant to.Sectiota 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that
-the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A of the licelse be amended to extend certa'.r 18-month Technical Specifi e:a cion surveillance requirement intervals for the first fuel cycle to the completion of the first refueling outage.
e The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachments A
to this Application.
A No Significant Hazard Evaluation is set forth in Attachment B.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to these Operating Licences be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
