Standerfer Sediment Transfer and Processing Operations Safety Evaluation Report, dated September 25, 1986 Reference (a) submitted for NRC staff review and approval your revision to the Sediment Transfer and Processing Operations Safety Evaluation Report. The revisfor.s included your proposals for permitting supernatant liquid from the Auxiliary and Fuel Handling Building and Reactor Building process operations to be discharged to the Reactor Building; deleting the requirements for redundant level monitors for the Spent Resin Storage Tanks; and increasing the estimated maximum manrem exposure from 20 to 30 manrem.

We have completed our reviews of reference (a) and have determined that the proposed revisions to reference (b) have been previcusly bounded by our reviews which were submitted to you in reference (c).
