Review of 98 Amendment to NR-345-D-104-S for Hauni Richmond's cigarette density l gaugc 1
Listed below are three comments and issues I would bring up after reviewing the document as a second reviewer.
Page 3 of SSD certificate The device's external label includes the sealed source's model and serial number. Upon replacement of a sealed source - where would a specifically licensed person acquire a replacement label containing all the correct information? Since the aluminum label is riveted onto the device -
how would the label be removed and reattached?

The table for external radiation levels appears to have a conversion error in converting UR/hr to uSv/hr, The numerical value of the uSv/hr should be ten times greater than the numerical value of I mR/hr not the other way around.
Page 4 of SSD certificate Under quality essurance - the word " periodic" should be replaced by the "at least once every . "
in reference to the distributor auditing the manufacturer's QA program. " Periodic" is too vague.
