Examination of the reactor vessel resulted in a total of one nozzle weld i

being reported on the basis of procedure recording critoria, which are I

generally more stringent than specified by ASME Section XI Acceptance Standards.

f A sumaary of the indication and its disposition follows:

A) Examination of Reactor Vessel Safe End to Pipe weld 01DM on loop 1 i

found indications of geometric reflectors on the ID of the weld.

Evaluation by Westinghouse proved the indications to be acceptable.

The evaluation report (WCAP-11400) is on file at the facility and corporate headquarters should you need more detailed information.
