This is in further response to your letter dated December 29, 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, three categories of records concerning the Seabrook Emergency Planning Sensitivity Study. My letter to you dated February 1, 1987, Appendix A, listing records being placed in the Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, indicated that it completed action on your request. Additional records have since been located. The enclosed Appendices B and C, identify the related records. Appendix B records are already available in the PDR. Appendix C records are being placed in the PDR.
Certain records subject to your request were originated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and are being referred to that agency for their releasability determination and direct response to you.
The search for and review of additional records subject to your request is continuing. As soon as our efforts are completed, we will notify you.
