This refers to the special safeguards inspection conducted by Mr. G. C. Smith
.
_of this office on November 19, 1985, at the Limerick Generating Station of
activities authorized by NRC License No. NPF-27 and to the discussions of our
findings held by Mr. Smith with Mr. G. Leitch of your staff.at the conclusion
of the inspection. This inspection was conducted to review several alleged
violations of your NRC approved security plan and its implementing procedures
made by a fonner member of your contract security force.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas,
the inspection consisted of selective examinations of the security plan,
procedures, representative records, interviews with personnel, and obser-
vations by the inspector.
While some of the information provided by the alleger was substantiated, no
violations of NRC requirements, your security plan or its implementing pro-
cedures were identified.
