Since the Licensing staff spent considerable time reviewing your August 26, 1985 application, the $150 fee which accompanied it cannot be applied to

your December 9,1985 application. Therefore, an application fee of $150

, is required as s'pecified in fee Category 10C of 1170.31 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170. Payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comis-sion and mailed to my attention.

As'specified in ll70.12(c), you will be billed at fix-month intervals for all accumulated NRC costs or upon completion of the review, whichever occurs sooner. The total fee assessed will be based on the actual NRC cost (pro-(professional staff-hours) to process the application as well as.any con-tractual cost incurred. .

Based on the above, please remit an application fee of $150 and mail it to rgy attention. If you have any questions concerning the fee, please let me know.
