Change to Provisional Operating Licenses Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361 and 50-362 Physical Security Plan (PSP), Revision 12A San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 By letter dated October 22, 1986, Revision 12 to the " Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Units 1, 2 and 3" was forwarded to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region V, for review pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
This letter responds to Revision 12 textual changes discussed between Mr. A.
McQueen, Region V Safeguards Inspector, and Mr. R. Beatty, SONGS Security Compliance, on March 4, 1987. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p),
enclosed are four (4) copies (signed original and three copies) of the description of the Revision 12A textual changes discussed by Messrs. McQueen and Beatty. Two (2) copies have also been submitted to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region V.
The revised changes described in the enclosure do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this plan.
The attachments to the enclosure contain no " Safeguards Information," and have been declassified for NRC review purposes.
