Attached to this cover letter is a copy of our GA program, and two of our current procedures; CO 30-1, " Organizational Structure and Internal Inspection System of the Radiography Program", and CO 30-6 " Survey of Incoming and Outgoing Radiographic Sources".
( All of above are current copies of program submitted 4/21/01.)
