Quad Cities Station Unit 1 Proposed Amendment to Technical Specification for, Facility Operating License DPR-29 NRC Docket No. 50-254 Reference (a): NEDO-24146A " Loss-of-Coolant Accident Analysis Report for Dresden Units 2, 3 and Quad Cities Units 1, 2 Nuclear Power Stations," Revision 1, April 1979 as subsequently modified by Errata and Addenda 1 through 14.
Dear Mr. Denton:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Commonwealth Edison proposes to amena Appendix A, the Technical Specification, to facility Operating License OPR-29. The proposed changes, described in Attachment 1, modify the MAPLHCR limit curves for various fuel types. New MAPLHCR limits are bated on Errata and Addenda Sheet No. 14 to the referenced document which is provided as Attachttient 4.
The proposed Technical Soccification changes are enclosed in
- and have received both Onsite and Offsite review and approval. We have reviewed this amenoment request and find that no significant hazards consideration exists as documented in Attachment 3.
Commonwealth Edison is notifying the State of Illinois of our request for this amendment by transmittal of a copy of this letter and its attachments e
to the designated State Official.
In accordance with 10 CFR 170, a fee remittance in the amount of
