Sub.iect: Samuil Gotlib - Alien Registration A23-369-367 It has been reported to us that Mr. Samuil Gotlib was assigned by Stone &
Webster to service a contract at Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Station and that an amployer's certification letter was submitted. Normally, such letters affinn that the referred employee's background meets the industry standard as out-lined in ANSI 18.17. It is our understanding that Stone & Webster now cannot support this certification letter. We request clarification as to why the referenced employee was authorized unescorted access to Fort St. Vrain when it was clear that adherence to the ANSI standard could not be verified.
The response requested by this letter is not subject to the clearar;e proce-dures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 PL 96-511.
