Waterford 3 Technical Specification 6.9.1.11.3 requires submittal of the Core Operating Lim:', Report (COLR) for each reload cycle. Revision 1 of the COLR for Waterford 3 Cycle 10 was submitted on March 19,1999, by letter W3F1-99-0054.
Two typographical errors were subsequently identified. The page for COLR 3.1.1.3 should be COLR 3/41-4 and the page for COLR 3.2.4 should be COLR 3/4 2-6.
Attached are corrected pages COLR 3/41-4 and COLR 3/4 2-6. Please remove the incorrect pages and replace them with the attached corrected pages.
