SUMARY
Scope:
This unannounced physical security inspection included a review and
examination of the licensee's:
Security Plan and Implementing Procedures;
Management Effectiveness - Security Program; Security Organization; Physical
Barriers - Vital Areas; Compensatory Measures; Assessment Aids; Access Control -
Personnel; Detection Aids
Protected Area; and Personnel Training and
-
Qualification - General Requirements.
Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with regulatory
requirements in the areas inspected with the exception of the following:
Failure to provide adequate intrusion detection capability for the protected
area.
