First-Level Undervoltage Protection Technical Specification
Dear Ms. McKenna:
In Reference (b), the USNRC requested from Yankee a schedule for submitting a Technical Specification change for Yankee Nuclear Power Station that would require testing of the first-level undervoltage protection on a refueling interval bases. Yankee will submit this Technical Specification change on or before September 1, 1987.
