SUMMARY
OF MONTHLY OPERATING EXPERIENCE JANUARY 1987 I
January 1 The Station was in Operational Mode 1 with reactor through power at a nominal 100 percent and the Reactor January 10 Coolant System at a normal operating pressure and tempe rature.
January 11 At 0039 hours4.513889e-4 days <br />0.0108 hours <br />6.448413e-5 weeks <br />1.48395e-5 months <br />, while Pedestal Checks on the Main Turbine were being performed in accordance with an Operating Surveillance Test, a Turbine Trip / Reactor Trip occurred.
The trip was initiated when a.
" low auto-stop oil pressure" occurred duri ng these checks.
The Unit was stabilized in Mode 3.
Reactor startup commenced at 1206 hours0.014 days <br />0.335 hours <br />0.00199 weeks <br />4.58883e-4 months <br /> and criticality was achieved at 1258 hours0.0146 days <br />0.349 hours <br />0.00208 weeks <br />4.78669e-4 months <br />. The Unit entered Mode 1 at 1445 hours0.0167 days <br />0.401 hours <br />0.00239 weeks <br />5.498225e-4 months <br /> at which time power ascension toward 100 percent was begun. Temporary holds occurred at approximately 17 and 21 percent power levels for maintenance on the "C" Main Feedwater Regulating Valve.
