Current Q-1 Program On March 13, 1987, representatives of Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation met with Region IV personnel in Arlington, lexas, to d1scuss the current Q-1 program. The attendance list is attached as Appendix A to this Suninary.
During this meeting we discussed the current status of your Q-1 program and the importance of conducting thorough investigations into quality concerns.
The NRC staff provided its perspective on the depth of investigation required to adequately address quality concerns that might be brought to the attention of your Q_1 program.
