THREE MILE ISLAND NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 1 This is in response to your letter of December 2,1986, which transmitted Revision 22 of the Modified Amended Physical Security Plan for Three Mile Island, Units 1.

Based on our review, we have determined that the submitted changes, except for those items identified in the enclosure to this letter, are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.

The enclosure to your letter contains Safeguards Infonnation of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and is being withheld from public disclosure. The enclosure to this letter also contains Safeguards Information and must be protected against unauthorized disclosure.
