VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-338/86-08 AND 50-339/86-08 We have reviewed your letter of June 27, 1986 in reference to the security inspection conducted at North Anna Power Station March 25-28, 1986 and reported in Inspection Report Nos. 50-338/86-08 and 50-339/86-08. Our response to the Notice of Violation is addressed in the attachment. This concern is being reviewed for action by(Surry Power Station. A check in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars $25,000.00) is also enclosed as requested.

The information contained in the attached pages is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
