Areas Inspected: Site Orientation, Security Plan and Implementing Procedures;
Security Organization; Records and Reports; Testing and Maintenance; Keys,
Locks and Combinations; Physical Barriers-Protected Areas, Material Access
Areas and Controlled Access Areas; Lighting; Assessment and Surveillance Aids;
Entry / Exit Control-Personnel, Packages /Special Nuclear Material, and Vehicles;
Detection Aids-Protected Areas, Material Access Areas and Controlled Access
Areas; Communications.
