BROWNS FERRY EXAMINATION REPORT 259/0L-86-02 The NRC administered requalification examinations on June 16-18, 1986, to employees of your company who were licensed to operate the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. At the conclusion of the written examination, a copy of the exam was left with your staff.
Copies of the written examination questions and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 2.
Copies of the utility comments and recommended resolutions to.the written examination are included in this report as Enclosure 3.
NRC resolution of these comments is included as Enclosure 1. is a copy of a TVA memorandum presented to the examination team
-concerning the 'modeling of degraded core conditions on the Browns Ferry simulator.
In accordanceLwith 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in NRC's Public Document Room.
