Safeguards Contingency Plan dated March 1981, with Revisions 1 through 4.
We find the changes in the subject letter and the attachments thereto to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
The attachments to your letter are being withheld from public dis:losure because they contain Safeguards Infonnation and must be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
