(NRC) approved August 1983 ' Physical Security Plan (PSP). San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3." for NRC revien under 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Revision 21 to this Plan incorporates 10 CFR rule changes to Part 73, sections 55 and 70, as published in the Federal Register Notice 53 FR 19240 on May 27, 1988. Revision 21 also forwards textual changes which are a result of our continuing review and update of this Plan.
Accordingly, enclosed are four copies of Revision 21 PSP textual changes for review. Two copies have also been forwarded by this letter to the Regional Administrator, NRC, Region V.
The changes described in the enclosure and its attachments do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this Plan. The attachment to the enclosure contains ' Safeguards Information" and must be protected t.nder 10 CFR 73.21.
