With your application dated May 13, 1980, for organizational changes for the Dresden Station Unit Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and the Quad Cities Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2, your Company remitted two Class II fees ($2,400) and three Class I fees ($1,200). These fees have been deemed to be unneces.

sary because no review had been done on the May 13, 1980 application prior to its being superseded by your Februar 17, 1983 application.

Your Company had remitted two Class II fees (y$2.400)andtwoClassI fees ($800) for the February 17 application. The Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation informed your Company of their approval of this application with the issuance of Amendment Nos. 86 and 79 for the Dresden Nuclear Power Station Unit Nos. 2 and 3 on March 20, 1985 and Amendment Nos.100 and 97 for the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2 on February 2, 1987.

Consequently, a refund of $3,600 is being made to your Company. You should receive this refund within two weeks.
