CHANGES TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS SECTION 6.0, ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS RE:
Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 1 The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.14 'to Facility Operating License No. NPF-29 for the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 1.
This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated June 4, 1986.
This amendment changes Technical Specifications Section 6.0, Administrative Controls, to reflect changes in the Unit 1 operating organization and the composition of the Plant Safety Review Committee.
A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Register notice.
