'This refers to the NRC's Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP)
Board Report _for the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant, our meeting of September 18,
1984, which discussed in detail the contents of our report, and your written
comments dated September 25, 1984, relative to the report.
Based on our. discussions during the meeting on September 18, 1984, and again
reiterated-in your letter of response, we have reviewed your request for a
change to the report and have modified the appropriate page of the SALP Board
Report accordingly.
The attached Errata Sheet describes the change made and
provides our basis.

We appreciate the positive attitude you have shown toward the SALP Program and
feel confident that this attitude will continue to be reflected in your perform-
ance goals.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
